The proximity to Bucklin Park, just under 3 km away, giving me easy access to relaxing park views and leisurely strolls around the area.

Beautifully maintained and reasonably spacious room, I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel!

I came here for 1 night and had a relaxing stay. That was pleasant hotel set in great area, next to several restaurants within walking distance as well as the mall and a variety of local restaurants. The location was marvellous and convenient, the staff was excellent. Also, there was Bucklin Park, set within 10 minutes drive.

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The friendly staff made my stay nice, accommodating a late check-out when I needed extra time with my husband.

Noise disturbances from nearby activities impacted the overall comfort of the setting during the night.

that I requested my room to be cleaned and took them forever to show up that I ended up changing my mind and cancel the request

The hotel was perfect, beds were really comfortable

The breakfast had a nice variety, and I particularly enjoyed the waffles. For a better experience, try to get to the pool early, as towels seemed to run low later in the day.

location - marvellous next to several eateries, the mall and multiple restaurants and the shops. outstandingly accommodating staff, fantastic, brand-new rooms for many things. its excellent service.

Location and the fact that it was close to Freeways and shopping. Also the continental breakfast.

That we could hear everything in adjacent rooms and hallways. Lukewarm shower water. The wifi was not working on checkout the clerk told us they were aware of water issue and were addressing it. Also door access card did not work properly took sometimes up to 5 minutes to gain entry to our room. My wife left tablet in the room and had she been able to gain access when leaving a tip for housekeeping she would have been able to see her tablet. Instead because card issue she slipped tip under the door and we left.
